A fresh salad made with greens from one of my AeroGardens.
Enough to make a rabbit’s ears twitch!
Yummy! This made me crave a salad – which, in winter, doesn’t happen much.
Love the colors…for some reason pretty foods are easier to eat! Yummmm!
Fresh greens from a home garden in the winter would be a marvelous treat.
Looks simply delicious!, those colours really compliment each other.
Looks great, I have salad every day in the summer, but it is not the time of year for it here at the moment. Soup season!
It’s soup season here in New England, too. It’s not going to get above freezing for the next week…but I have AeroGardens, which are small self-contained hydroponic gardens. In my tiny house, I’m growing fresh herbs, greens, chili peppers, and cherry tomatoes. It’s a big boost to help get one through the cold and snow.
Aero gardens? I am intrigued, where can I get one and how does it work. Could be useful now in the midst of winter, no chance of growing anything outside for many months. Your salad looks yummy 🙂
