Ordinary: AT&T

In these days of Connectivity, it’s an ordinary thing to have to spend time at places like the local AT&T store, arranging for Internet and cell phone and TV…stuff that even I my childhood just didn’t exist. Yeah, we had TV: three basic stations plus (since we lived in NYC) Channel 13’s educational TV, and Channels 5, 9 and 11 that mostly carried old movies. Today, they gave us FOUR PAGES!!! of small print listing the channels we’ll have with U-Verse. The Jewelry Channel…seriously? 24 hours of looking at jewelry on TV?

    I’m going to agree with the above comment…the rare good program oddly enough never seems to be renewed.
