Ordinary: Grocery Shopping

Ordinary: Grocery Shopping

We are very fortunate to live near a Stew Leonard’s grocery store. It’s a massive place. There are two kinds of shoppers there: the ones who do the periphery, with the bakery and the already prepared foods; and the ones who do the center, with the fresh produce, meats, seafood and cheeses, We are among the latter. I am always so grateful to live in a place where food is in abundance. So much of what we consider “ordinary” is actually way beyond the comprehension of many in the world.

So true . . . Our ordinary trip to the grocery should not be taken for granted.

Convenience plus items available out of season…luxuries not known in the recent past. If you want rhubarb in Dec, it is available (for a price of course). I like your edge treatment/processing.

  5. Like your processing of the image!
