At the end of the harvest, a few apples are left on the trees in the orchard near our home.

  4. Great shot. It’s all in the eye – I found a similar version of that apple lurking, forgotten, in the back of the refrigerator this weekend during a moment of overdue cleaning! Never entered my mind to photograph the thing! I need to slow down and pay more attention I think.

    The squishiness of that forgotten apple is so evident..bet it smells vinegary too! The curvy lines of the branches frame it so nicely.
